You don't need medicine to reduce high blood pressure, you just need to do this exercise for 5 minutes every day
Many people eat various foods to reduce high blood pressure. It is not the medicine that is released once taken. You have to take that medicine for years. But it is possible to get rid of it without medicine. This is what the current research says.
Recently, researchers at the University of Colorado conducted a study on the effects of breathing exercises or 'breathing exercises' on high blood pressure. They see that if you do this exercise for 5 minutes every day, the high blood pressure gradually decreases. If you do this breathing exercise for 6 consecutive weeks, the high blood pressure level has decreased up to 9 points - it has been seen.
How to do this exercise?
• Sit upright and close your eyes.
• Breathe normally.
• The right nostril should be closed by palm pressure.
• Inhale through the left nostril.
• After this the left nostril should be closed with pressure of the ring finger.
• Exhale through the right nostril.
• This time breathe through the right nostril.
• Close the right nostril with the palm in the same way as before.
• This time the breath should be released through the left nostril.
• The index and middle fingers will touch the forehead during the whole process.
Run this way for 5 minutes.
The head of the research team, Daniel Craighead, told the media, "Those who participated in this study did not take high blood pressure medication. But even after that, breathing exercise for 5 minutes every day gradually reduced their blood pressure.''
